1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 25-06-2005
2. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report for the year 2005-2006
3. Consideration and adoption of Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2005-06
4. Appointment of Auditors for the year 2006-2007 and fixing their remuneration
5. Announcement of Election Results
6. Installation of newly elected Office Bearers and Committee Members of the Chapter for the year 2006-2008
7. Any other item permitted by the Chair.
Members are requested to be present in the meeting
The meeting will be followed by Cultural Programme and Annual Dinner for which members’ spouse and children are also invited.

As the memories of last Family Get-together of NIPM linger in our hearts, we are on the threshold of yet another one.
The overwhelming response of last NIPM NITE urges us to organize another cultural evening at DD RETREAT, May First Road, Thammanam, Kochi on Saturday, 27th May 2006. The cultural programmes for our members, spouses and children will be one and half hours duration. |

It has been our practice to honour Elder Members who have completed 60 years of age during our Annual General Body Meeting. We expect the gracious presence of the elder members for the AGM scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27th May 2006 at DD Retreat, May First Road, Thammanam, Kochi. |
Recognizing Academic Achievements of Children of NIPM Members

NIPM Family Forum has evolved a Scheme for recognizing the Academic Achievements of Members’ children every year through an ‘Endowment Fund’.
The recognitions will be awarded to the successful children on the Annual General Meeting of the NIPM (Kerala Chapter) at 6.30 p.m. on Saturday, 27th May 2006 at DD Retreat, May First Road, Thammanam, Kochi.
