Aptiv manufacturing unit at Ernakulam categories into very large factories employing over 1000 employees.

Proficient in handling challenging and sensitive labour environment, expert in labour laws, compensation & benefit and other HR functions.

Before joining Aptiv, I served Kerala Ayurveda Limited as Head HR and also played pivotal role with Indian corporate giants such as Reliance Industries Ltd and DLF Limited.
