Evening Lecture
The Chapter organizes evening lecture meetings regularly in which eminent speakers address the Members on topics relevant to the field of HR. Together with this the following lecture series are also conducted periodically.
- Talks by senior members sharing their reminiscence of their professional career titled "Reminiscences of my career".
- 'HR Feed back', in which the expectations of CEO/COO on HR professionals are dealt with and
- Presentation of newly concluded Long Term Settlements of various companies .
HRD Update – Industrial Visit Programme
An activity entitled 'HRD Update" is organized by NIPM Kerala chapter every year. Under this programme, a one-day visit is organized to two organisations, to learn their HR practices. The programme schedule include visit to the establishment / factory, presentation by the HR people on their HR practices and interaction with the top management.
