Every year, one HR professional from Kerala Chapter is honoured as Outstanding HR Manager of the Year for contribution to the profession and the Institute.
Student Chapters
NIPM forms Student Chapters at B-Schools across India. Student membership is ₹300 plus GST at 18% per head, and a minimum of 20 student memberships is required to form a Student Chapter.
After membership formalities, student members may arrange an inaugural session at their premises with NIPM representatives, during which membership certificates are distributed.
Operational Guidelines for Student Chapters of NIPM provide a framework for uniform functioning of existing and upcoming Student Chapters.
Institute, Student Chapter, NIPM Chapter, Student, Jurisdictional Area, Constitution and Membership are defined as per NIPM context and constitution.
Student Chapters organise students for learning projects, exchange of ideas and applied knowledge in HRM, IR, labour laws and labour welfare.
