Recognition, learning and professional connection

NIPM membership recognises high professional standards and commitment to the development of human resources. Members gain opportunities to exchange ideas, establish valuable contacts and represent common concerns at local and national forums.

Individual Membership Benefits

Attend and participate in meetings, discussions, lectures, film shows and other programmes organised by the Institute or its Chapters.

Participate at concessional rates in management training and development programmes organised by NIPM, Regions and Chapters.

Receive the Institute's half-yearly journal, Personnel Today, and access the NIPM e-Newsletter through the NIPM website.

Receive chapter publications such as Kerala Personnel quarterly or annual issues, newsletters, bulletins and similar publications.

Use the Library and Information Centre at the National Office and/or the concerned Chapter.

Transfer NIPM membership anywhere in India through a specific written request from the concerned member.

Use state-of-the-art NIPM Conference Halls at Kochi for meetings, discussions and trainings at reasonable charges.

Exchange ideas and thoughts through NIPM's social media platforms.

Corporate and Life Members receive voting rights to choose executive authorities at National and Chapter level during biennial elections, and may contest as per the constitution.

Institutional Membership Benefits

Central Government, State Government, local self Government, corporates and educational institutions are eligible for Institutional Membership. Each institutional member may nominate two officers to represent the organisation in NIPM.

Educational institutional members may arrange an interactive session for students with 3 to 4 senior HR professionals once a year at their premises for 2 to 3 hours. Member organisations may also arrange HR conferences or conclaves in association with NIPM and use the NIPM logo with prior approval.
