18-day employability programme for students and job seekers
NIPM Kerala Chapter conducts the Enhanced Employability Certification Program for final year graduate / post graduate students and job seekers.
The module helps participants prepare to appear for written tests as part of employment selection processes.
Participants receive preparation support for interviews and related selection interactions.
The programme helps participants build readiness for group discussions and similar assessment formats.
The programme is conducted over 18 days.
On successful completion, NIPM awards certificates to the participants.
