The Chapter takes keen effort to host several workshops every year, focusing on current topics in HR and IR. Training programmes are organised for members as well as people from outside the Institute.

NIPM Kerala Chapter hosts workshops and training programmes that bring current topics in the HR/IR arena into focus for members, organisations, students and wider professional communities.
In-house Training
In-house training programmes are conducted for organisations, with classes handled by eminent trainers. NIPM Kerala Chapter offers a wide range of in-house programmes and tailor-made programmes for industries.
Annual Flagship Legal Update
The annual Legal Update takes place in May/June and covers important court decisions reported during the previous year, along with major amendments to labour statutes.
Course Materials & Faculty
Course materials consist of the decisions and amendments presented for discussion, and eminent faculty members in relevant fields handle the full-day session.
Legal Update Audience
The programme is meant for HR, IR, personnel, welfare and legal practitioners, management personnel dealing with labour, administration and court matters, enquiry officers, presenting officers and disciplinary authorities.
Biennial HR Conclave
NIPM Kerala Chapter organises HR Conclave once in two years as a conference designed to make, share and take back powerful insights from eminent speakers.
Skill Excellence Centre
The Chapter is in the process of setting up a Skill Excellence Centre in association with the Government of Kerala for imparting training to job seekers.
B-School Interaction
The Chapter organises two to three hour interactive sessions and induction programmes for B-School students in Kerala, handled by eminent HR professionals from various sectors.
Educational Institution Programmes
NIPM Kerala Chapter conducts lecture meetings, workshops and seminars in management schools including Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and School of Communications & Management Studies for the benefit of management students.
